Returns/Refunds:
Refunds will be offered on physical items ordered from this site only if they are damaged in shipping. No refunds will be offered on digital download products.
Downloads:
You can download each digital item a total of three times within a 48 hour window from the time of purchase. None of our products have DRM so you should be able to move them between devices with no problems. Please do not post any of the digital items on the internet. If any items are posted you will be asked to remove them immediately. Please do not share items with others. Instead, please encourage potential customers to visit the store.
Shipping products:
Physical items will be shipped within 2 business days of your purchase. Standard ground shipping (USPS) will be used.
Taxes:
All items sold to Minnesota mailing/billing addresses will be charged Minnesota sales tax. This tax will be applied when you make your final purchase in PayPal.
Production and Royalties:
The purchase of PDF scripts does not imply any rights to production. Script purchases are intended to read the plays for pleasure or for consideration of a future stage production.
